Do you push or pull process film?
No, we don’t offer push or pull processing.
What film can you develop?
C-41 colour negative, black and white, and ECN-2 motion picture film, in 35mm and 120. Disposable cameras with C-41 film are welcome too.
How do I know which process my film needs?
Check the process printed on the film box or cassette, such as C-41, ECN-2 or B&W. If you’re not sure, message the lab before ordering. A photo of the box or backing paper is usually enough.
How long does processing take?
It depends on the process. Each one shows its current turnaround when you choose it in step 1. Turnaround times are estimates.
How do I get my film to you?
Drop it off at Film Lab Cheras HQ or Film Lab GMBB (rolls left at GMBB are processed at Cheras HQ), post it, or send it with GrabExpress or Lalamove. Place your order first, then write the order ID on the envelope or parcel.
How do I receive my scans?
We email you a WeTransfer download link when your scans are ready. The link stays open for a month, so save your scans before then.
Can I get my negatives back?
Yes. Choose how they come back in step 2: collect them from the lab or have them posted. Your choice applies once per order. We keep negatives for 3 months, and you can walk in to collect them without an appointment.
When do I pay?
You pay securely online after placing the order. If your film needs a change after inspection, we contact you before charging anything extra.
