When you send us film for processing, scanning or printing, you agree that if it is lost or damaged by us, our employees or our agents, even through negligence or other fault, we will replace it with an equivalent quantity of similar film and processing.

That replacement is the only remedy. Apart from it, we accept your film without other liability, and incidental or consequential damages are excluded. No other express or implied warranty is given.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused by the courier.

We offer this website, including all information, tools and services on it, on the condition that you accept these terms and the policies they refer to, including our refund policy and shipping policy.

By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. They apply to everyone who uses the site, including people who browse, customers, merchants and anyone who contributes content. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site or our services. If these terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to them.

New features and tools added to the site are covered by these terms too. We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting the change on this page, so please check it from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

The sections on film you send us, the website disclaimer, products we sell and events outside our control continue to apply after that.

We sometimes link to websites run by other people to give you more useful information. Even if they are affiliated with us, we don’t control them, and they have their own privacy and data practices. They are there for your convenience and you visit them at your own risk.
